Curry Sweet Potatoes & Fideo
Skill Level: Any
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
Servings: 2-4

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Fidello (this is just the Spanish word for pasta, any pasta will do)
  • 1 sweet potato or yam
  • ¼ onion (for flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon yellow curry
  • ½ cup organic chicken broth
 Directions:
  • Peel, cube and steam sweet potatoes (I used my Baby Brezza for this)
  • Boil pasta
  • Saute onions in chicken broth (until clear)
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Let cool and serve

Lentil Soup
Skill Level: Any
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.
Servings: 2-4

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup dried lentils (rinsed thoroughly)
  • ¼ Yukon gold potato
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 cups organic chicken broth
Directions:
  • Chop all veggies
  • Boil all ingredients in pot (20-30 min.)
  • Once lentils are cooked and tender blend all ingredients (I used my BB)
  • Let cool and serve


Chicken & Potatoes
Skill Level: Any
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.
Servings: 2-4

Ingredients:
  • 1 small package free range chicken tenders (or breasts)
  • 1 Yukon gold potato (or sweet potato)
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ onion (for flavor)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup organic chicken broth
Directions:
  • Finely chop all veggies
  • Boil chicken in water until fully cooked
  • Combine all ingredients & add ¼ cup chicken broth
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Let cool and serve


Cannellini Bean Mash
Skill Level: Any
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
Servings: 2-4

Ingredients:
  • 1 can organic Cannellini beans (Great Northern Beans also work)
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 garlic pod (not the entire clove)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped sage (fresh or dry)
  • ¼ cup organic chicken broth
Directions:
  • Finely chop all veggies
  • Combine all ingredients & steam (15 minutes)
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Let cool and serve

SG’s Favory Fruit Combos
These are some of SG's favorite fruit combos...super easy to chop and mash with her food masher.  Doesn't get any fresher than this!
  • Mango & Bananas
  • Mango & Avocado
  • Peaches & Bananas
  • Peaches & Prunes (you will need to steam and mash the prunes)
  • Kiwi & Banana
  • Kiwi & Mango (make sure you buy very ripe versions of each; these can be sour if not)
  • Prunes & Avocado
